- Managed finance apps and SharePoint for Fuel Systems and Cummins Electronics, oversaw offshore teams, developed .NET and SQL updates, and handled user permissions.
- Built a Quality Scoreboard for business units to identify and drill into defects and causes.
- Oversaw Manufacturing Execution Systems and quality checkpoints, resolved code issues through decompiling, and rapidly delivered feature requests.
- Expert in Prolink QC-Calc SPC software; upgraded gauges, organized data, created scripts to pull in external data, and produced training documentation.
